Open Rehearsal: Rachid Safir and his vocal ensemble Les Jeunes Solistes (France) invite you to attend a rehearsal of important vocal works by composer Claude Vivier.
Composition Workshop: composer Ana Sokolovic, meets with four young Canadian composers who drew inspiration from Claude Vivier for the composition of works for voice and piano.
Music presented at this event will also be performed at Salle Pierre-Mercure, March 1st, 2009 at 7:00 pm, as a prelude to the Jeunes Solistes concert.
